All the products are made up of 925 sterling silver with 18k gold plating. The products have a 925 mark.

Please follow these basic rules for a better experience with jewelry. Before taking a bath, a shower, or a swim, always take off your jewelry. Keep items like deodorant, hairspray, perfume, and cosmetics away from your jewelry. Store your silver goods in individual zip-lock bags. Always keep the jewelry in the boxes and plastic bags we provide. Avoid exposure to excess moisture as much as possible.

We will do the replating of your product at the minimum charger. For details, you can read the replating section.

Sorry, we don’t have a return policy! Our store policy is NO refunds or returns. Once the payment is made we do not cancel the order or take the product back. If, within 24 hours of receiving your order, you are unhappy with the things you received and would like a replacement, we are pleased to exchange them for a new item as long as the original item is in its original condition and comes with a receipt. On-sale purchases are final sales and are not returnable. For hygienic reasons, piercings like nose pins and earrings cannot be swapped. In the case that an exchange is made, the buyer is in charge of covering the entire cost of postage for returning the item.
